Minh was amazing at first and sorted our two cars which we dropped off in Tours. However when we got the cars on his computer contract which we signed he added an extra $207 for as frais dempact specifique. As it was all in French I had no idea what it meant. Minh assured me he would correct it when he went back to the office. Unfortunately he can not be trusted as the charge was not removed and it appeared on our bank card. I have emailed him but had no response. All I want is our money credited back. This only appeared on one of our cars. Please respond by email 4Q13T3 was the booking reference. Stop defrauding us and I will give you a better review

We had a great experience with Enterprise at Auxerre. We were warmly and kindly welcomed by K. (I don't know if we can use a name, but this young man really deserves to be acknowledged,) who was wonderful and very professional, and even offered to drop us off at the train station, which, considering the distance we had to walk and the hot wave at the time, was greatly appreciated. Return was easy, smooth, and very efficient. If you need an automatic, just call a few days before, they will accommodate your need. We were very pleased.

The Enterprise Car Rental office in Auxerre provided great service and were very efficient and friendly. The car was in outstanding condition and ready for me even though I arrived 20min early. When I returned the car I was offered a lift to the station as well. Definitely would rent from Enterprise in Auxerre again.

We are giving 5 stars to Antoine at Enterprise in Auxerre in spite of a challenging experience we had with the car. He delivered the car to us earlier than promised, and it was very clean. We enjoyed the car for a few days but it broke down on the A6 near Beaune on our way to Paris. We were unable to contact Roadside Assistance because it was after hours, so we used the SOS call box and were rescued quickly by a very helpful tow truck operator who then took us to the train station. Antoine took care of the details and helped us get reimbursed for the tow and the train. In spite of the breakdow,n we would recommend Enterprise because of their reponse.

Je suis tombé en panne de voiture j'ai fait appel à eux via l'assistance donc pas le choix mais je suis tout à satisfaite! Les voitures sont propres et désinfectées entre chaque client l'accueil est très gentil très cordial toujours souriant. Il propose de vous louer une voiture du même gabarit que celle que vous conduisez normalement ce qui est très important. Je recommande.
